You will not be able to do it on your own. It would be easier to find the best-fit job and one of the higher paying jobs if you go through our company. Companies will also give you priority as we have internal agreements with them.

Temps and Staffers is a licensed recruitment company that has clients from the largest corporations in the Philippines (please see list of clients). It partners with accredited companies to give you the best job available in the country. Agency is a loose term that denotes only temporary placement but Temps and Staffers is a whole lot more than an “agency”.

We should focus on the service first before we can discuss the rates. Each project is unique and we believe that no two projects are alike. If we have assessed your needs and our team determines that we can deliver it to your company then that’s the time we discuss the rates with you.

This would protect you from different agencies that tend to overprice but can’t deliver on the project. We firmly believe that we can best fit the project to your needs.

No, Temps and Staffers does not get anything from the employee’s salary. The employer pays all dues. Absolutely no cost for the applicant.

This will depend on your performance, If your performance is above average, and your employer requests us. The employer will absorb you.

This is not applicable for permanent employee placements.

We will not send you to a company if you are not qualified. Once we send you to a company it means you have passed all the minimum requirements for the job. All the tests you have taken for the position including the preliminary interview have been passed.

However, if the position seems to be fit for another individual with higher credentials and tests results, especially the interview results. We will again dispatch you to another client that would best fit your skill level.

No, You don’t have to pay Temps and Staffers for placing you in a job!

We remit all government dues to the government namely: Taxes to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, PhilHealth, Pag Ibig and to the Social Security System which we are hooked up online.

We normally pool and test all applicants that usually take three days. If we have the profile on board, we can send it immediately. But it would be better to give us sufficient lead-time to better process and filter the applicant and fit them to your needs. This process usually takes from a week to two weeks.

All the applicants we send to your office for interview are qualified for the position. It is on your part to determine if the applicant will fit in the culture system of your company, physical appearance etc. In so doing, this would determine how many applicants we would be sending.

We also believe that quality of applicants cannot be determined by how many we send to you but rather the person that best fit the job.

For permanent placement, we have a guarantee of three months if the person resigns from whatever reason that he or she may have. We would send a replacement free of charge! If he or she were on a contractual basis, we would also send a replacement free of charge! This usually does not happen and only in rare occasions as applicants we send to you go through a very thorough process. There is a 99% chance that they will not resign in less than three months.
