I needed a job this coming Christmas and I’m fortunate there is Temps and Staffers who granted me an early yuletide present. Their staffs are nice. They had seen my potentials in me which I myself didn’t know at first. They gave me confidence to face the real world. Finding a job that would fit my skills is less difficult because of Temps and Staffers. They endorsed me to one of the biggest company in the country. Now, I have a jump-start of my career!

I am pretty much impressed with Temps and Staffers’ programmer exams. They have an extensive library of questions for every programming language that are very similar to Java certification exams, with the same level of difficulty I might add. In terms of their staff, they are generally friendly and even follow up on you every now and then just to know if you’re satisfied with the company that they placed you in and if they can do anything to make your stay better.

If ever the person resigns from the job abruptly, will you send us a replacement?
For permanent placement, we have a guarantee of three months if the person resigns from whatever reason that he or she may have. We would send a replacement free of charge! If he or she were on a contractual basis, we would also send a replacement free of charge! This usually does not happen and only in rare occasions as applicants we send to you go through a very thorough process. There is a 99% chance that they will not resign in less than three months.
How many applicants can you endorse for one position?
All the applicants we send to your office for interview are qualified for the position. It is on your part to determine if the applicant will fit in the culture system of your company, physical appearance etc. In so doing, this would determine how many applicants we would be sending.
We also believe that quality of applicants cannot be determined by how many we send to you but rather the person that best fit the job.
How fast can you provide us our requirements?
We normally pool and test all applicants that usually take three days. If we have the profile on board, we can send it immediately. But it would be better to give us sufficient lead-time to better process and filter the applicant and fit them to your needs. This process usually takes from a week to two weeks.
