If ever I’m not qualified for 3 the position or not accepted by the company, Can I still be considered for other job openings?
We will not send you to a company if you are not qualified. Once we send you to a company it means you have passed all the minimum requirements for the job. All the tests you have taken for the position including the preliminary interview have been passed.
However, if the position seems to be fit for another individual with higher credentials and tests results, especially the interview results. We will again dispatch you to another client that would best fit your skill level.
Am I going to be absorbed by my employer if I’m on a contractual basis? pecial Projects
This will depend on your performance, If your performance is above average, and your employer requests us. The employer will absorb you.
This is not applicable for permanent employee placements.
Does Temps and Staffers get “something” from its employee’s salary?
No, Temps and Staffers does not get anything from the employee’s salary. The employer pays all dues. Absolutely no cost for the applicant.
