We are proud to be the FIRST and ONLY Service Contractor/Outsourcing company recognized as a 5-Star Establishment under the DOLE Incentivizing Compliance Program (ICP).
- In February 2015, TSI received the DOLE Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards (TCCLS), the first-level seal of good housekeeping under the Incentivizing Compliance Program (ICP).
- In March 2015, DOLE issued the Child Labor-Free Establishment (CLFE) Award to TSI, an incentive under the ICP that commends exemplary adherence and commitment to the Child Labor Law under Republic Act 931.
- In October 2015, TSI emerged as the National Winner in the 2015 Productivity Olympics, a competition that identifies the best productivity improvement programs among SMEs.
- In November 2015, TSI was named National Finalist in the 2015 Search for the Best Labor Management Council (LMC) for Industrial Peace for our exceptional LMC programs and practices that promote productivity, competitiveness, labor law compliance, and strong labor-management partnership.
- In May 2016, TSI was one of the Regional Finalists in the 2016 Gawad Kaligtasan at Kalusugan (GKK) for its zero-accident and exceptional Occupational Safety and Health practices.
As of date, TSI is already a finalist to the most coveted DOLE Secretary’s Labor Laws Compliance award for its excellent compliance with Labor Laws.
